TASI falls 0.5% to 10,893 pts; turnover at SAR 5B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.5%, or 49 points, lower at 10,893 points today, March 12.

Total turnover reached SAR 5 billion.

The index recorded a high of 10,986 (+44 points compared to the previous session's close) and a low of 10,878.

Saudi Aramco fell by 1% to SAR 26.86, with approximately 26 million shares worth nearly SAR 700 million changing hands.

Alandalus fell 3%, BCI (-2%) and Arabian Mills (-5%) after announcing financial results.

Newly-listed Saleh Al Rashed topped the decliners, falling by 6%.
