TASI falls 1.6% to 11,088 pts, turnover at SAR 5.7B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.6%, or 175 points, lower at 11,088 points today, April 7.
Total turnover reached SAR 5.7 billion.
The index recorded a high of 11,252 and a low of 11,088.
Market Index
Acwa fell 3% to SAR 160.70, while Al Rajhi Bank declined 2% to SAR 104.80.
SABIC, Maaden, Yamama Cement, Petro Rabigh, Jabal Omar, Yansab and Dar Al Arkan slipped between 1% and 4%.
SPIMACO, SRMG and TADCO were top decliners, falling between 6% and 8%.
Jarir and Ataa closed at SAR 13.98 (-2%) and SAR 56.50 (-2%), respectively, after going ex-dividend.
Company Prices
Meanwhile, Aramco rose slightly to SAR 27.52.
Bupa Arabia, Jamjoom Pharma, Avalon Pharma and Kingdom Holding gained between 1% and 2%.
CGS jumped 8% to close at SAR 7.30.
