Aramco drags TASI down 0.5% to 10,949 pts, turnover at SAR 6.7B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 0.5%, or 58 points, to 10,949 points today, May 6, recording its lowest close since March.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 6.7 billion.
The index recorded highs of 11,053 and lows of 10,949.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco fell 3% to SAR 27 with more than 21 million shares worth nearly SAR 600 million changing hands.
Oil prices dropped by nearly 10% today, with Brent crude trading below $100 a barrel for the first time in about two weeks.
Saudi Energy declined 4% to SAR 16.75 after disclosing Q1 2026 losses.
Bank Albilad closed at SAR 24.57 (-2%) after going ex-dividend.
Retal fell by 6%.
