TASI falls 1.3% to 10,865 points; lowest close in 1 month

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended Sunday’s session down 1.3%, or 143 points, at 10,865, marking its lowest close in a month. Total trading turnover reached about SAR 3.8 billion.

The index hit an intraday high of 10,958 and a low of 10,860.

An official source at the Ministry of Energy said the East-West Pipeline was targeted several times on Sept. 10 and was shut down as a precaution.

On stock performance, Saudi Aramco shed 2% to SAR 25.72. Al Rajhi Bank lost 1% to SAR 65.20.

Bahri ended 4% down at SAR 35, having traded ex-dividend.

Luberef was the top decliner, dropping 10% to SAR 127.30 after about 1.3 million shares were traded at SAR 170 million.

Maaden, Acwa, SNB, Alinma Bank, BSF, SABIC, Sulaiman Al Habib, and Petro Rabigh fell between 1% and 4%.

On the other hand, Armah was the top riser, jumping 10%. Riyadh Development added 6%, followed by Saudi Re (+4%). Mobiliy rose 1%.
