US oil rig count declines 3 units to 409: Baker Hughes

The number of oil rigs in the US declined three units to 409 during the week ended Jan. 9, following increases over the previous two weeks, data released on Friday by Baker Hughes showed.

 

The number of natural gas rigs also decreased by one unit to 124 over the same period.
