Shareholders will also vote on the purchase of its shares with a maximum of 3.98 million shares to be allocated to the executive staff long-term incentives program, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
In addition, the vote includes delegating the board of directors to complete the purchase within 12 months, provided that the program will be financed from the bank’s net profit, and shares purchased are kept no longer than 5 years.
Once the 5 year period has passed, the company will follow the procedures stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations.
