Taiba board recommends 40% exceptional dividend for 2021 on partial stake sale in SABIC Agri-Nutrients

Taiba Investments Co.’s board of directors recommended a special dividend at 40% of capital for the fiscal year 2021 on the partial sale of the company’s stake in SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.

 

The recommendation was based on the proceeds received from the partial stake sale, Taiba said in a statement to Tadawul.
