The agenda of the meeting included approving the purchase contracts concluded between the company and Ready-Mix Concrete and Construction Supplies Co. (RMCC) in Jordan, where two non-executive board members—Saud Alsuliman and Mutaz Alazzawi—have indirect interests, since they are also on RMCC board.
