In a statement on Tadawul, stc pointed out that the total number of treasury shares not eligible for dividends, being allocated to the employee stock incentive program, reached 10.21 million shares to date.
It added that these distributions align with the three-year dividend policy, which started in Q4 2024 after being approved during the ordinary general meeting (EGM) on Nov. 6, 2024, stipulating a quarterly dividend of SAR 0.55 per share.
