Taiba plans 6.5% cash dividend for 2025, 0.92:1 bonus shares
Taiba Investments Co.’s board of directors, on March 1, recommended a cash dividend at 6.5% of capital, or SAR 0.65 a share, for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

In a separate Tadawul statement, the company said its board plans a 91.97% capital increase (granting 0.9197 share for each share owned) to SAR 5 billion from SAR 2.6 billion by capitalizing SAR 2.39 billion from the statutory reserve and share premium balance.

Fractional shares, if any, will be collected in one portfolio for all shareholders and sold at market price, after which their value will be distributed to entitled shareholders pro rata within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the new shares are determined for each shareholder.
The proposed bonus issue remains subject to approval by the competent regulatory authority and the company's extraordinary general assembly.
