Taiba shareholders approve 6.5% dividend, 1:1.09 bonus shares for 2025
Taiba Investments Co. said its shareholders approved distributing cash dividends at 6.5% of capital, or SAR 0.65 per share, for 2025 during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on May 10.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said its board approved a 91.97% capital increase (granting 0.9197 share for each share owned) to SAR 5 billion from SAR 2.6 billion by capitalizing SAR 2.39 billion from the statutory reserve and share premium balance.

Fractional shares, if any, will be collected in one portfolio for all shareholders and sold at market price, after which their value will be distributed to entitled shareholders pro rata within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the new shares are determined for each shareholder.
Shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026, during the general assembly meeting.
In a separate statement, the company said the stock’s volatility range was calculated based on a price of SAR 20.42 for today, May 11, and all existing orders were canceled.
The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will credit the bonus shares to shareholders’ portfolios before the start of trading on May 13.
