According to a statement to Tadawul, shareholders will also vote on the company’s transactions with Saudi Aramco, relating to crude oil transportation services valued at SAR 3.2 billion.
The agenda also includes voting on transactions with Alinma Bank worth SAR 1.69 billion, noting that the transactions were conducted under prevailing market conditions.
