The company said shareholders will also vote on the company’s purchase of up to 212,100 shares for allocation to employees under the employee stock incentive program (ESIP). The buyback will be financed through the company’s available cash.
Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to complete the purchase within a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the EGM decision.
The company will retain the purchased shares for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of the EGM approval until they are allocated to eligible employees, the statement added.
After this period, the company will follow the procedures and regulations stipulated under the relevant laws and regulations.
