Miahona shareholders to vote on 15% cash dividend for 2025 on June 14

Miahona Co. shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on the distribution of cash dividends at 15% of capital, or SAR 0.15 per share, for the fiscal year 2025, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 14, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.

Miahona Co. shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on the distribution of cash dividends at 15% of capital, or SAR 0.15 per share, for 2025, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on June 14, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the employee share plan and authorizing the board to decide on the conditions of the plan, including the allocation price for each share offered to employees if the shares are offered in exchange for consideration.

Other agenda items include voting on the company’s purchase of its shares with a maximum of one million shares for the purpose of allocating them to the Employees’ Stock Incentive Program. The purchase will be financed through the company’s own resources, provided that the board of directors is authorized to complete the purchase within a maximum period of eighteen months from the date of the EGM resolution.

The company may hold the purchased shares for a period not exceeding 18 months from the date of the EGM approval as a maximum until they are allocated to the Employees Stock Incentive program and once 7-year period lapses. The company will follow the procedures and controls stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations. The EGM will authorize the board of directors to determine the terms of this program, including the allocation price for each share offered to employees if it is for a consideration.
