Shareholders also approved the election of board members for a four-year term commencing on June 10, 2026.
The newly elected board members are Samer AlKhwashki, Ghassan Shalabi, Saleh Binladin, Abdullah Alfaris, Saad Alshabib, Mohammed Alnafea, Hamza Seirafi, Turki Al Qonaibet, Abdulraouf Mannaa, Zeyad Alhekail, and Ibrahim Alsubeaei.
Shareholders also approved several related-party transactions, including a government sukuk purchase transaction with AlJazira Capital worth SAR 926.5 million. This was in addition to a six-month bridge financing facility from Bank AlJazira worth SAR 880 million, along with one-year contracts for the renovation of four hotel floors with Roots Arabia valued at SAR 25.6 million.
