Shareholders will receive this interim cash distribution as an additional payout alongside the annual cash dividend of SAR 0.28 per share for 2025, which was approved by the ordinary general meeting and is being paid on a quarterly basis during 2026.
According to data available to Argaam, KHC said its shareholders approved on May 11 the payment of quarterly cash dividends from retained earnings for 2025 at 0.7% per quarter (2.8% for the full year).
Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026.
