The company said the dividend reflects a balanced approach between funding its strategic projects and maintaining sustainable shareholder distributions whenever practicable.

 

Alujain added that its flagship NATPET-2 project has reached an advanced stage of financial close, marking a key milestone that enables the award of the main construction contracts and provides greater visibility over capital expenditure requirements and future cash flows.

 

The company said it will reassess its liquidity position by year-end and consider the possibility of paying an additional cash dividend.

 

The board and executive management reaffirmed their commitment to executing the company's growth strategy, maximizing shareholder value while maintaining a prudent dividend policy.
