Riyad REIT Fund will pay a 2.52 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.24 per unit, amounting to SAR 41.207 million, fund manager Riyad Capital said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 2.44 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
