National Company for Learning & Education’s (NCLE) board of directors appointed Mohammed Ibrahim Al Khudair as a non-executive board member effective from Jan. 30, 2020 until Feb. 27, 2021, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The new appointment is still pending the general assembly’s approval, the company added.
