Introduction With reference to the Company's announcement published on Tadawul website on 21/07/1441H, corresponding to 16/03/2020G, relating to the temporary closing of all malls and commercial centers of the Company and its subsidiaries and sister companies, pursuant to the government’s directives and the preventive measures imposed by the Kingdom to prevent the spread of Corona virus, and with reference to the Royal Order issued on April 26, 2020G, which called for partial lifting of the curfew, and allowed the reopening of certain economic and commercial activities to exercise business, including the commercial centers (malls), starting from Wednesday 6 Ramadan 1441H, corresponding to April 29, 2020G, until Wednesday 20 Ramadan 1441H, corresponding to May 13, 2020G, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm..

 

Al-Andalus Property Co. announces a partial reopening of all of its malls and commercial centers and those of its affiliates and sister companies during the periods & times mentioned above, while committed to the procedures, precautionary measures and instructions issued by the competent authorities in this regard.

Meanwhile , the activities that do not meet the precautionary requirements as stipulated in the mentioned Royal Order , such as entertainment sites, cinemas, barber salons , restaurants & coffee shops , and other activities specified by the competent authorities, will remain closed. However, any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
