Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) board of directors appointed Abdulaziz Ibrahim Alnowaiser as an independent external member and chairman of the audit committee, effective from May 23, 2021.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly, the telco said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 24, 2021.
