Shareholders of Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. (Aljouf Water) will vote on appointing an auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022 as well as Q1 2023, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 15.

 

They will also vote on amending the company’s articles of association, some of which are related to Al-Jouf Mineral Water’s transformation, company name, capital, subscription to shares and the board of directors’ powers.

 

The e-voting process will start from June 12 via Tadawulaty services.
