Shareholders of Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. shareholders approved appointing Al Kharashi & Co. to audit the company’s financial statements for Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on June 15. 

 

They also approved amending the company’s articles of association, some of which are related to Al-Jouf Mineral Water’s transformation, company name, capital, subscription to shares and the board of directors’ powers.
