Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co.’s board of directors approved, on Sept. 5, reappointing Ashry Al-Ashry as Chairman and named Fahad Al-Habdan as Vice Chairman.

 

The board also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, as well as the audit committee for the three-year term starting from the general assembly meeting date on Aug. 31, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
