Mobily names Abdulkarim AlNafie Chairman

Etihad Etisalat Co.'s (Mobily) board of directors approved on April 20 the appointment of Abdulkarim AlNafie as Chairman, to replace Nabeel Al-Amudi who submitted his resignation due to personal reasons.

 

Al-Amudi will continue on the board as an independent member.

 

According to a Tadawul statement, the telco said the decisions will be effective from April 20 until the end of the current term on Nov. 30, 2024.
