Dar Almarkabah to start trading on Nomu on Aug. 29

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 29, with the symbol 9577 and ISIN Code SA15S0K4LKH5, according to a Tadawul statement today, Aug. 27.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today the subscribed securities of Dar Almarkabah into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

The company floated on Nomu 500,000 ordinary shares, or 20% of its issued capital after top-up, at SAR 40 each, with a coverage ratio of 1,780%, according to Argaam’s data.
