UMI to debut on Nomu on Oct. 22

United Mining Industries Co. (UMI) will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Oct. 22, under the symbol 9583 and ISIN code SA15T0H4LNH2.

 

Shares will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement today, Oct. 18.

 

The company offered 1.75 million ordinary shares, representing 12.5% of the company’s capital, on Nomu at SAR 34 per share. The IPO was 343.55% covered, according to data available with Argaam.
