TAM signs SAR 13M contract with CST

TAM Development Co. signed on Nov. 21 a project contract with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) at a total value of SAR 12.98 million, inclusive of VAT.

 

Under the 12-month contract, TAM will provide consultancy services and digital solutions for CST, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project’s financial impact is expected to show in the fourth quarter of 2023 as well as the first, second and third quarters of 2024.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement noted. The contract, dated Aug. 17, was officially received by TAM on Nov. 21.
