Keir renews SAR 67.8M Shariah-compliant facility with SNB

Keir international Co. renewed a Shariah-compliant banking facilities agreement worth SAR 67.79 million with Saudi National Bank (SNB), according to Tadawul website.

 

The financing duration is 12 months, the company said, adding that the facilities are aimed at project financing, as well as issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit.

 

The guarantees offered for the financing are mortgage on a property.

 

The company received the loan on Feb. 15, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
