KEIR raises BSF credit facilities by SAR 41.8M

Keir International Co. signed an agreement to increase the Shariah-compliant credit facilities granted by Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) by SAR 41.76 million, from SAR 32.16 million to SAR 73.93 million, according to a filing to Tadawul today, Aug. 8.

The financing period ends with the expiry of the facilities contract on Jan. 31, 2025.

 

The facilities are aimed at project financing as well as the issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credit.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
