Edaa adds subscribed units to AREIC Diversified REIT unitholders accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) added today, Aug. 28, the subscribed units of Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT Fund to the accounts of eligible unitholders, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Subscription to the fund began last May and was 135% oversubscribed, raising SAR 249.94 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.

A total of 18.5 million units were offered at a price of SAR 10 each.

 

The fund’s investment objective is to invest in lease income-generating real estate assets and distribute at least 90% of its net profits semi-annually.
