Edarat awarded SAR 27.9M contract by Center3

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. was awarded a SAR 27.92 million contract with Digital Centers for Data and Communications Co. (Center3) for a new data center project.

 

In a statement on Tadawul today, Oct. 15, the company clarified that the contract aims to provide consulting, design, and oversight services for the construction of a new national data center, to be designed, delivered, and operational by 2026.

The relevant financial impact is expected to be shown starting from Q4 2024.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, Edarat added.
