Edarat issues SAR 6.3M purchase order to Schneider Electric

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) issued today, Nov. 3, a purchase order to Schneider Electric, including licenses for AVEVA and Planon iWMS software, to be incorporated in the latter’s customer data centers, aiming for efficient database management and operational effectiveness.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the 12-month contract amounted to SAR 6.35 million, excluding value-added tax.

The related financial impact is expected to appear starting from the fourth quarter of 2024, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
