Meyar reappoints Abdullah Al-Turki as Chairman, Badr Al-Turki Deputy

Meyar Co.’s board of directors reaappointed Abdullah Al-Turki (non-executive) as Chairman, and Badr Al-Turki (executive) as Vice Chairman.

 

Abdul Rahman Al-Turki (executive) was appointed as managing director, while Ahmed Al-Sayed was named board secretary, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available with Argaam, the company’s shareholders recently elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term, which started on Dec. 23, 2024.
