Digital Research secures SAR 10M credit facility from Alinma Bank

Digital Research Co. (DRC) secured a Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 10 million from Alinma Bank.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the guarantees provided in exchange for the 12-month financing include a promissory note worth SAR 11 million, together with the Kafalah Program.

According to DRC, the facilities are intended to provide Shariah-compliant funding to support projects and issue letters of guarantee. No related parties are involved.
