Derayah Financial issues supplementary prospectus

Derayah Financial released today, Feb. 3, a supplementary prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI).

The company clarified that some material information must be disclosed, based on a binding commitment from Olayan Saudi Investment Co. to subscribe as a cornerstone investor to 4.69 million shares of the shares on offer, or nearly 1.88% of the company's capital after the offering.
