The trading halt was due to the company’s failure to disclose its annual financial statements for 2024 within the regulatory timeframe.
In April, Tadawul suspended trading on Keir’s shares for one trading session after the company failed to disclose its 2024 results within the regulatory timeframe, according to data available with Argaam.
On May 1, Keir said it would disclose its 2024 financial results within a month.
