Digital Research Co.’s (DRC) shareholders approved, in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 22, amending several articles of the company’s bylaws.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders approved amending articles related to the EGM quorum, voting in assemblies, assemblies types and responsibilities, dividend entitlement and board committees.

 

Meanwhile they approved amending the audit committee charter, disclosure policy as well as conflict of interest and competition conduct regulations.
