Future Vision leases new branch in Norther Region

Future Vision for Health Training Co. leased a new branch in the Northern Region, Hail City, located in Al-Areen District – Al-Khamashiyah Street, for a period of one year with a rental value of SAR 25,000, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 3.

This branch – the company's eighth and the first in the Northern Region – comes as part of the company’s strategic plans for geographic expansion and broader access to its educational and health services across the Kingdom, according to the statement.

The new branch will serve as an educational center for delivering accredited training programs, aligning with the company’s vision to provide an exceptional business model in health training and its ongoing efforts to meet training needs throughout all regions of the Kingdom

The company also indicated that the related financial impact on its operating revenues is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, through generating additional income from in-person training courses and increasing the number of beneficiaries of the company’s services in the Northern Region.

The company also expects the new branch to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of operational processes in the region, reducing operational costs associated with the travel of trainers and participants, and strengthening the company’s opportunities to compete for government training contracts and projects in the area.

Currently, there is no material impact on the company’s financial statements, and any significant future developments will be disclosed in due course. There are no related parties involved in this agreement.
