Almoosa increases board size, elects members for new term

Almoosa Health Co.’s shareholders approved, in a meeting held on Sept. 30, the amendment to Article 17 of the Articles of Association related to increasing the number of the board members, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Additionally, shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the new four-year term starting on Oct. 1, 2025.

 

The new board includes Patrick Charmel, Bashar Abaalkhail, Hassan Al Afaliq, Sara Almoosa, Zainab Almoosa, Abdullatif Alothman, Abdullatif Alfozan, Malek Almoosa, Mosaed Almoosa and Moaath Al Naeem.
