Keir International Co. invited its shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 30 to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on Nov. 2, 2025.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders will also vote on the board’s resolution to appoint Moath Al-Suhaibani as an executive board member, effective from July 18, 2024, to complete the current term ending on Nov. 1, 2025, succeeding the former independent member, Yazid Al-Mahmoud.
