Edarat inks SAR 16.5M data center deal with SenseTime

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) said it signed a SAR 16.49 million, VAT-inclusive, data center colocation services agreement with SenseTime KSA Information Systems Technology.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the three-year contract was awarded and signed on Oct. 21, with the financial impact expected to appear starting from Q4 2025.

 

Edarat added that there are no related parties to the deal. The contract is linked to an agreement with BSF Capital and Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) for marketing and retail sales of hosting services for Sahayeb Datacenters.
