TASI incurs worst monthly losses in 3 years

TASI ended November 2025 down 9.1%, losing around 1,065 points to close at 10,591 points, compared to its October 2025 close of 11,656 points.
November 2025 marked the index’s lowest monthly close since February 2023, as its losses were the largest since June 2022, when the index fell 10.8%, or about 1,399 points.
Compared to last year’s close, the index slid 12%, or around 1,446 points, from January through the end of November, marking its steepest annual drop in a decade since 2015.

In November, Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. was the worst-performing stock, falling 30% from October’s close. It was followed by Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) and Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) at 28%, Jahez International Company for Information System Technology (Jahez) at 27%, Naseej International Trading Co. (Naseej) at 26% and Advanced Petrochemical Co. at 25%.
