Completion of Kingdom Hospital acquisition boosts Dallah Healthcare's strong presence in Riyadh

Dallah Healthcare Co. announced completing the acquisition of Care Shield Co. (Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics), following the fulfillment of all regulatory and contractual conditions previously agreed upon by the relevant parties.
Share ownership in Care Shield was transferred from Growth Avenue Co. to Dallah Healthcare in the shareholders’ register, and Dallah Healthcare issued the cheque covering the cash consideration in favor of Growth Avenue.
Dallah Healthcare's acquisition of Kingdom Hospital, which currently has 180 beds, comes as part of the company’s strategy to expand its healthcare services and strengthen its presence across the Kingdom, particularly in Riyadh. The move also reflects the company’s commitment to developing the healthcare ecosystem and providing integrated medical services that meet community needs, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 goals to enhance quality of life and improve healthcare sector efficiency.
Earlier this week, Dallah Healthcare announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the 5,170,370 shares owned by Growth Avenue in Care Shield, representing 41.36% of the company’s capital. As a result, Dallah Healthcare now owns 100% of Care Shield, up from 58.64% previously.
