National Glass Co.’s (Zoujaj) shareholders have approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting held on April 15, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved the board report for the same period and discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

Meanwhile, they have approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including appointing an external auditor for FY 2019.
