Riyad Bank board proposes 1-for-3 bonus issue, SAR 0.55/share dividend for H2 2025
Riyad Bank's board of directors recommended, on Feb. 2, a 33.33% capital increase to SAR 40 billion, through a 1-for-3 bonus issue, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Fractional shares, if any, will be collected in one portfolio for all shareholders and sold at the market price, then their value will be distributed among the eligible shareholders, on a pro rata basis, within no more than 30 days from the date of determining the shares due to each shareholder, according to the bank's statement.
The planned bonus issuance remains subject to the approval of the competent authorities as well as the company's EGM.
The board also approved the payment of a 5.5% dividend (SAR 0.55 per share) for H2 2025.

Riyad Bank also noted that it received, on Feb. 2, the non-objection from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the planned capital increase and the H2 2025 dividend payout.
