This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of use of all websites, applications, services, and platforms, current or future, owned or managed by Argaam Investment Company, including but not limited to the Argaam Financial Portal (argaam.com), its related applications, and any other services operated or provided by Argaam now or in the future (“Platforms”).

By accessing or using the Platforms — including browsing content, viewing news, or subscribing to free or paid services — you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platforms or any of their services.

1. Definitions

• User: Any individual accessing or using Argaam’s services.
• Services: All services provided by Argaam through its website or applications, including free content, paid subscriptions, Diwaniya, newsletters, alerts, and employment and training services.
• Content: All materials published across Argaam’s Platforms, including news, articles, analyses, data, charts, tools, newsletters, images, videos, and designs.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content submitted by users through Argaam’s interactive services such as “Diwaniya” or “AlphaBeta.”

2. Registration and Use of Free Services and Content

• Users may register to access free services provided they submit accurate, verified, and regularly updated information.
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
• The use of the site or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations is strictly prohibited.

Free services include, but are not limited to: browsing general news published on the site, reading selected articles and analyses, commenting on news, using company watchlists on the website, participating in Diwaniya and Alpha Beta, subscribing to basic newsletters, and using free tools such as interactive charts. Argaam reserves the right to amend, add, or discontinue any free services at any time without prior notice.

All free content and services are subject to the intellectual property rights of Argaam Investment Company.

• Individuals may view and use free content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided the source is acknowledged when sharing or referencing it.
• Companies or institutions are strictly prohibited from redistributing, republishing, or exploiting free content in any form without prior written authorization from the Company. Organizations seeking collaboration, licensing, or institutional use must contact Argaam’s Sales team through official channels.
• Any unauthorized use shall be deemed a violation of applicable local and international intellectual property laws.

3. Paid Content, Data Subscriptions, and Applications

• Argaam provides paid content and subscription-based services such as premium data and analysis.
• Users agree to pay subscription fees in accordance with the Company’s accepted payment methods.
• Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on the subscriptions page and should be reviewed before subscribing.
• Sharing of paid accounts or redistribution of paid content without prior written authorization from the Company is strictly prohibited.
• All paid content and subscription products are protected by Argaam Investment Company’s intellectual property rights.
• Individual subscribers may view and use paid content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Companies or institutions are prohibited from redistributing, republishing, or exploiting paid content in any form without prior written authorization. Interested entities may contact Argaam’s Sales team for collaboration, licensing, or institutional use.
• Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of applicable local and international intellectual property laws.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Argaam Financial Portal enables users to participate in interactive services such as commenting on news and articles, posting on Diwaniya, and contributing to Alpha Beta.

• Users are fully responsible for any content, posts, or comments they submit.
• It is strictly prohibited to publish content that is abusive, unlawful, obscene, misleading, violates the rights of others, or incites hatred or violence.
• The use of Argaam’s interactive services for commercial promotion, personal advertising, or marketing of non-affiliated products or services is prohibited.
• Private messages exchanged between users within Diwaniya are protected with end-to-end encryption, and Argaam does not access their content.
• Suspicious or abusive messages should be reported to Argaam’s management via official channels listed in the Contact section.
• Argaam reserves the right to review or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable regulations, and to suspend or terminate accounts when necessary, without prior notice.

5. Newsletters

• Users may subscribe to newsletters offered by Argaam. Where a user does not already have an account, a basic account will be created automatically to manage newsletter subscriptions.
• Newsletters may contain editorial, analytical, or promotional content related to the Company’s services.
• Users may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each newsletter.
• Newsletters may include personalized links associated with the user’s account. Forwarding or sharing these messages may enable third parties to access or modify account settings. Argaam disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use resulting from such sharing.

Users are strongly advised not to forward or share newsletters in order to protect the confidentiality of their data and accounts.

6. Alerts (SMS / WhatsApp)

• Users may subscribe to alert services delivered via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Alerts may include breaking news, market updates, or analytical content related to Argaam’s services.
• Additional charges from telecom providers may apply and are the user’s responsibility.
• Users may unsubscribe at any time using designated channels.
• These alerts are subject to the same privacy and personal-use restrictions as newsletters.
• The services are governed by Argaam’s Privacy Policy, and user data will be processed accordingly.
• Argaam may use licensed third-party providers to deliver these alerts while ensuring data protection in compliance with applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and tools published across Argaam’s Platforms are the exclusive property of Argaam Investment Company and are protected under applicable local and international intellectual property laws.

• Copying, republishing, distributing, or exploiting any content or trademarks without prior written consent from Argaam Investment Company is strictly prohibited.
• Individuals may use published content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided that the source is cited.
• Companies or institutions may not reuse or commercially exploit content without an official license or written agreement. Entities interested in institutional use should contact Argaam’s Sales team through official channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

All information published across Argaam’s Platforms — including news, articles, analyses, data, and tools — is provided for informational and reference purposes only.

• Information provided on the Platforms should not be considered an offer or invitation to participate in any investment or transaction, nor does it form part of any contract or obligation.

• Applicants must provide accurate and complete information, including: full name, phone number, email, LinkedIn profile, specialization and experience, years of experience, additional notes, target branch, and a CV.
• Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the submitted information.
• Argaam reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.
• Submission of an application does not obligate the Company to provide employment, training, or enter into a contractual relationship.
• Applicant data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and is used exclusively for employment and training purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to retain applicant data for a limited period as required by applicable regulations and consistent with its Privacy Policy.
• Applicants have the right to request modification or deletion of their data at any time by contacting Argaam through the official channels listed in the Contact section.
