Natural Gas Distribution Co. (NGDC) was established in 2000 as a limited liability company in Riyadh, with a capital of SAR 15 million. The company’s core activities include the distribution of gas through pipelines, laying, maintaining and repairing gas pipelines, and wholesale of gas. The company purchases dry gas from Saudi Aramco, and then it supplies it to the plants in Riyadh 2nd. Industrial City, through gas networks, according to prices set by the government. The company is also engaged in the operation and maintenance of gas networks for clients for a fee to be agreed upon with the Ministry of Energy.
