SAPTCO inks deal with Metro Jeddah, GACA to provide shuttle services for King Abdulaziz Airport

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Metro Jeddah and the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) to provide shuttle services to and from the new Terminal 1 at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

 

The fast track bus services will be provided via modern busses that will run on a regular schedule every 30 minutes between stations.

 

Stations will be allocated for the services at Terminal 1 departure and arrival areas at the Jeddah airport. Metro Jeddah or a representative firm will be supervising quality in terms of schedule, safety equipment and cleanliness.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, King Salman inaugurated last Tuesday Terminal 1 at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, as well as the airports Haramain rail station.
