Saudi Aramco appoints Al-Rumayyan, Al-Amudi to nomination, audit committees

The board of directors of Saudi Aramco on Dec. 11, 2019, approved the appointment of Yasir Al-Rumayyan, the company’s board chairman, to the nomination committee, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

Additionally the board of directors also approved the appointment of Nabeel Al-Amudi to the risk and health, safety, and environment affairs committee as well as the audit committee.

Al-Amudi is currently a member of Saudi Aramco’s board of directors and has served in that capacity since the beginning of 2019.
